On Monday October 9, rap star Kodak Black was indicted on first-degree sexual conduct charges by a grand jury in Florence County, South Carolina. Black was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman back in February 2016 at the Comfort Inn & Suites around the time the rapper was set to perform at a local nightclub.
